- 500g bread flour
- 100g active sourdough starter
- 250ml warm oat milk
- 50g vegan butter
- 30g sugar
- 8g salt
Instructies
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
- Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise for 4–5 hours until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into buns.
- Place on a lined baking tray and let proof for another 1–2 hours.
- Brush with oat milk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake at 200°C for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before serving.
