The workshop we did was soooo cool! I loved it so much, that I actually attended twice. The first time with friends, the second time I brought my family (they all loved it as well). Ever since, I've been able to bake amazing bread, and they always turn out great. Its actually really easy to do, once you get the right instructions and a good starter (you'll get those during the workshop ;-)). Also, the brownies served during the workshop, are the best I've ever tasted. Just couldn't stop eating them. Highly recommended!

Super leuke, leerzame en lekkere workshop. Lisette legt tijdens deze hands on workshop goed de werkwijze uit. De starter onderhouden is een dingetje, maar Lisette legt het ook na de workshop nog graag uit, zodat je het zuur desem brood blijft bakken en niet opgeeft!

I took my daughter for a sourdough workshop with Delibakery and it was everything and more than I expected. Lisette was really helpful, explained everything in easy and understandable steps. At the same time you work through making your own dough and finish with your loaf ready to bake at home. You get to try Lisette's lovely bread so you have an idea at what you are aiming for, plus you leave with everything you need to get you started making bread at home ( which was a real bonus). She was and still is very quick to help if you have queries, or need some advice. I would recommend the workshop to anyone who enjoys baking or wants to try something new.
